Contact form — your name, email address, and message. Used only to respond to your enquiry.
AI audit tool — the text you type is sent to Anthropic's API to generate a response. It is not stored by this site. Anthropic may process it according to their own privacy policy.
AI audit tool — your email address (only if you choose to provide it after seeing the response) is stored together with your audit input and the generated response. Used only to follow up with you about the specific problem you described.

Audit text sent to Anthropic: legitimate interest in providing the service you requested.
Formspree (formspree.io) — processes form submissions on behalf of this site as a data processor under a data processing agreement. They store submissions on servers in the United States and comply with EU data transfer requirements.
Anthropic — processes the text you enter in the audit tool to generate the AI response. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
No data is shared with any other third party, sold, or used for marketing.
Contact form submissions and audit leads are kept for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry, and deleted within 12 months if no ongoing relationship results.
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data held about you. You can also object to processing or request that it be restricted.
To exercise any of these rights, write to hello [at] geffen [dot] me. Requests will be handled within 30 days.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD.
